T-DOSE is a free and yearly event held in The Netherlands to promote use and development of Open Source Software. During this event Open Source projects, developers and visitors can exchange ideas and knowledge. This years event will be held on 26 and 27 October 2013 at the Fontys University of Applied Science in Eindhoven.

This presentation describes the basic of SELinux and newer evolutions on how to secure more than just the host system, such as the virtual machines and specific daemons. First a brief presentation about SELinux and the basics, after which the presentation looks further into specific SELinux pitfalls and newer evolutions on how to secure virtual machines and specific SELinux aware daemons.
